Blending ratio: one bag powder matching with on bag aggregate and one pot promoting liquid, adding about 10~12kg water. The water amount according to temperature and stirring method can properly adjust the different.

1.Before the deck covering is laid out, deck related engineering, such as welding, hot working, pipelines, cables, wind pipe, and enhancer that penetrate the deck, and water testing in the tank, should be finished beforehand.

2.Impurities on steel plates are to be removed while all rust, oxide scale, old paint, etc. are to be removed so that no oil, no water and no debris remain according to the requirements of Grade P2 in CB3230.

3.Firstly blend the powder and aggregate evenly with the speed of 100r/min. Start the construction after pouring the liquid for mixing 3min (finished within one hour).

4.Pour the covering onto the decks, leveling, consolidating and trimming it with a towel to a thickness of 40±2mm.

5.Consolidate the covering layer with a trowel and scraping rule to the required thickness after 30 minutes and level the surface within 3mm/m. If the surface is a bit too hard for leveling, spray some emulsion first.

6.When the covering is hardened, it should be kept for maintenance for 2 to 3 days with spray of water or maintaining agent on its surface before next technical process.

7.After the covering is completely dry and hard, i.e. approximately one or two weeks, the deck, leveling covering or plastic floor can be conducted.
