YB-JFQ-I Light Primary Deck Covering by latex (first division), powder (component b) and aggregate component (c) a mixture of three components. This product has the advantages of low density, strong adhesion, low thermal conductivity, impervious to water, shock resistance and wear resistance. Due to its low density, it reduces the loading weight and the labor intensity of the operator, and the construction technology is simple, which is suitable for the laying of non-fire deck.

Blending ratio: one bag powder matching with on bag aggregate and one pot emulsion.
1.Before the deck covering is laid out, deck related engineering, such as welding, hot working, pipelines, cables, wind pipe, and enhancer that penetrate the deck, and water testing in the tank, should be finished beforehand.
2.Impurities on steel plates are to be removed while all rust, oxide scale, old paint, etc. are to be removed so that no oil, no water and no debris remain according to the requirements of Grade P2 in CB3230.
3. According to the proportion of emulsion, powder and aggregate, firstly blend the powder and aggregate evenly with a mixer at the speed of 100r/min, then pour the liquid in and mix them for 3min, and start the construction immediately. Make sure to use it up within one hour.
4. Pour the mixed covering onto the steel plate, and level and smooth the covering with a scraper bar.
5.After 30 minutes, consolidate the covering layer with a trowel and scraper bar to the required thickness and level the surface within 3mm/m. If the surface is a bit too hard for leveling, spray some emulsion first.
6. The constructed covering layer should be kept for maintenance for 2 to 3 days under the condition of normal ventilation. The covering cannot be stepped on until it is basically hardened.
7. After the covering is completely dry and hard, i.e. approximately one or two weeks, leveling covering or plastic floor can be conducted.
